The Company, Third-Party Services, or our service providers may also automatically collect information from you when you visit our Site and use our Services through cookies and other tracking technologies. Such information does not directly identify you as an individual and may include:

We have taken commercially reasonable steps to choose a professional IAAS provider but we cannot guarantee the performance of the IAAS provider, its security measures, or the actions or inactions it takes in the future. If you are a California consumer, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), the CCPA provides you with specific rights regarding your personal information. We collect information (some of which may also constitute Personally Identifiable Information) that identifies, relates to, describes, references, or is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. The CCPA refers to such information as “personal information.” For the purposes of this section, personal information does not include: (i) information that is lawfully made available from federal, state or local government records; (ii) de-identified or aggregated data; or (iii) information excluded from the scope of the CCPA. To be clear, the rights in this section are not intended to grant you additional rights, but just your rights under CCPA.

Right to Correct Inaccurate Information
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes of processing it. To exercise your right to correct, please submit a request to us by contacting us at 415-963-4174 or by filling out the form at https://www.teamhighwire.com/contact. Upon receipt and verification of your request, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct the inaccurate information as directed, subject to the exceptions permitted under the CCPA.
Only you, or a person or business that you authorize to act on your behalf (an “authorized agent”), may make the requests set forth above. We may require an authorized agent to provide proof of your written permission to act on your behalf and to verify their own identity with us.

In order to protect the security of your personal information, we will not honor a request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. The method used to verify your identity will depend on the type, sensitivity and value of the information, including the risk of harm to you posed by any authorized access or deletion. Generally speaking, verification will be performed by matching the identifying information provided by you to the personal information that we already have.
Any disclosures we provide will cover the 12-month period preceding our receipt of your request, or a longer period back to January 1, 2022 if you request it, unless that proves impossible or would involve disproportionate effort. We will not make such disclosures more than twice in a 12-month period. If we cannot comply with a request, or cannot fully comply with a request, the response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
You have the right, at any time, to direct us to stop selling or sharing your personal information (the “right to opt-out”). We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration; however, to the extent our use of cookies, analytics, or advertising technologies constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA, you may opt out as described below. We do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
To exercise your right to opt out, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a request to us by emailing privacy@teamhighwire.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information,” by calling 415-963-4174, or by using the form at https://www.highwirepr.com/contact. We also treat a valid opt-out preference signal (such as the Global Privacy Control) as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information where required by applicable law.
If you have any questions about our sale or sharing practices, you may contact us at privacy@teamhighwire.com or 415-963-4174.
Non-Discrimination

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”), California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship: (a) a list of the categories of personal information, as defined under Shine the Light, such as name, email address, and mailing address, and the type of services provided to the customer that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes; and (b) the names and addresses of all such third parties. To request the above information, please contact us by email at privacy@highwirepr.com. 15. Nevada Privacy Rights
If you are a Nevada resident, you have the right to request that we do not sell your covered information (as those terms are defined in N.R.S. 603A) that we have collected, or may collect, from you. We do not sell your covered information, however, if you would like to make such a request you may do so by contacting us at privacy@highwirepr.com.
16. Additional U.S. State Privacy Rights
A number of U.S. states have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws. To provide a consistent standard of privacy protection, and except where a specific right is limited by law of where a specific state grants you more or broader rights, we extend the rights described in this section to all U.S. residents, regardless of the state in which you live. Depending on your state of residence and subject to certain exceptions, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information (also called “Personal Data”):
• The right to confirm whether we are processing your personal information and to access that information;
• The right to correct inaccuracies in your personal information;
• The right to delete personal information that you provided or that we obtained about you;
• The right to obtain a copy of your personal information in a portable and, to the extent technically feasible, readily usable format;
• The right to opt out of (i) the sale of your personal information, (ii) targeted advertising (also called “cross-context behavioral advertising”), and (iii) profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you; and
• The right to opt out of, or (where your state requires opt-in consent) to decline consent to, the processing of your sensitive personal information.
As described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration, we do not knowingly use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not collect sensitive personal information. To the extent our use of cookies, analytics, or advertising technologies constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, or processing for targeted advertising, under applicable law, you may exercise the opt-out right described in this section. We do not make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
Where required by applicable law, we recognize universal opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, as a valid request to opt out of the sale of personal information and processing for targeted advertising.
To exercise any of the rights above, submit a request to us at privacy@teamhighwire.com, by calling 415-963-4174, or by using the form at https://www.teamhighwire.com/contact. We will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally within 45 days, subject to any extension permitted by law). You may submit a request yourself or, where permitted, through an authorized agent. We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any of these rights.
If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by contacting us at privacy@highwirepr.com within a reasonable time after you receive our decision. We will respond to your appeal in writing within the time required by applicable law (generally within 60 days) and will explain the reasons for our decision. If your appeal is denied and your state law so provides, you may submit a complaint to your state Attorney General.
17. Changes To This Privacy Policy
