Before the titles, the milestones, and the big career moments, there were girls becoming the women they were always meant to be.

This Women’s History Month, we’re honoring the women of Highwire and the moments that made them: the firsts, the pivots, the risks, and the wins that helped shape their stories. From baby photos to boardrooms, side hustles to leadership roles, marathons to moments of betting on ourselves, each image tells part of a bigger story: growth, courage, and the power of showing up.

Every first matters. Every step forward carries something bigger with it. Personal or professional, quiet or headline-making, these moments move history forward.
