Fun Fact
I've hiked the grand canyon twice.
Business Strategy
How do you help clients connect story to outcome—especially in high-stakes moments?
Strategic storytelling is how we bridge the gap between a brand’s promise and its
impact. In high-stakes environments, stories are more than narratives—they are
proof points. We humanize brands by bridging the gap between what a company
does and why it matters to the people they serve. By aligning storytelling with
business goals and leveraging real-world examples, we don’t just capture attention;
we build the trust and loyalty necessary to drive meaningful outcomes.
Industry/Service Expertise
What’s one thing outsiders often misunderstand about your industry/service – and how do you help clients navigate it?
Many people think our work is just about the 'what,' when it’s actually about the
'how.' In reality, it lives and dies on relationships. High-level strategic counsel and
execution require a foundation of deep empathy and trust. We help clients navigate
this by practicing 'anticipatory service'—providing the perspective and foresight to
deliver exactly what they need before they’ve even identified the gap themselves.
Strategic Marcomms
How do you guide clients through inflection points – from launches to crises to reinvention?
The expectation of authenticity in how brands and leaders engage with the people they need to connect with is wildly different today than a decade ago, particularly in highly regulated industries. Formality reads like gatekeeping and withholding, whereas treating your shareholders and stakeholders with respect for their intelligence begets more respect, engagement and loyalty for your brand. Today, how leaders show up is mission critical and I get a ton of energy from helping leaders find their voice at the intersection of the work they’re doing and what drives them outside of the office.
Client Results
What’s a campaign or client partnership you’re especially proud of–and what made it successful?
The partnerships I’m most proud of are the ones that have stood the test of time. Through relationships that are counted in years and decades, success comes from a commitment to constant evolution. By becoming an extension of our clients’ teams, we’ve been able to combine industry insight with strategic execution. Whether through executive visibility or large-scale campaigns, these long-standing relationships have allowed us to not just respond to industry changes, but to help lead them.
Our Culture
What does Highwire’s culture mean to you–and how does it shape the way you lead?
I’ve always been driven by the power of a high-performing team. At Highwire, our culture allows us to marry hard work with a sense of joy, which I believe is essential for long-term excellence. As a leader, I make it my mission to be ‘in it’ with my team, fostering a space where every person feels seen and supported. When we prioritize both professional precision and personal connection, the result is a standard of work that feels less like a task and more like a shared victory.
